A very good player are the guys you are calling superstars.

Look at the career stats of many that you question. You dont have a clue about baseball. The MLB hall of fame is the toughest to get into..it is a fact that the requirement of having to play a minimum of 10 years to be eligible is a big part of that. Being a superstar for a period of time does not necessarily make you a hall of famer. Don Mattingly, a superstar of his day but not a HOF'er, same for Ron Guidry. Darryl Strawberry as well...was he not a superstar while playing for the Mets? Is David Ortiz not a superstar today? The problem is your definition is wrong and tying it into the Hall of fame is wrong. It again shows that you really dont follow baseball enough to judge...when George Bell for instance played for Toronto he was a superstar..in fact he was the best player on a very good team. That is why the MLB HOF is the best one because unlike other sports who induct almost everyone it takes more than being great to get in..you have to be dominant for your era.censoredhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08415896225167952578noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4820078089278798499.post-17169908409420924762007-07-13T11:48:00.000-05:002007-07-13T11:48:00.000-05:00NOISb is playing chess, Peter King is playing chec...NOISb is playing chess, Peter King is playing checkers, and censured is playing with himself.losthttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00090614389584262228noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4820078089278798499.post-66654924415571209462007-07-13T09:15:00.000-05:002007-07-13T09:15:00.000-05:00"You don't have the ability to rationalize a diffe..."You don't have the ability to rationalize a difference.

Sad.
